Our Process For Installing Epoxy Flooring

Top Coat

In the last step, we evenly apply a UV-stable polyaspartic top coat. It takes 16 hours to dry and set, preventing yellowing and maintaining vibrant colour for years.

Vinyl Flakes

For a decorative and customizable element for your floor, we will insert vinyl flakes after the first coat application for an enhanced appearance.

Base Coat

Upon preparing the concrete floor, we will pour a base coat of the epoxy or polyaspartic solution and spread it evenly using an extended roller.

Preparation

Before applying the coating, we prepare the floor by eliminating any contaminants and ensuring the concrete is porous using a diamond grind.
