Leicester Flooring is a family-owned flooring company celebrating 50 years in business. J.B. Snelson and his wife Alma started the business from their home in the Leicester Community in 1971. It has grown to include two major flooring centers in Asheville and Hendersonville, NC.
For many years Leicester Flooring was a “mom and pop” operation, with Mrs. Snelson handling sales in the office while her husband supervised installation. The couple’s integrity and attention to customer service has made Leicester Flooring the preferred choice of builders in our community as well as “WNC’s most trusted name in floor covering.”
Their son Brad grew up in the business and took over at the ripe age of 21 when his parents retired. Since then, Brad has grown the company while keeping in place the core values that have made Leicester Flooring a 50-year success story!
