We are a flooring retailer that can install all the products that we sell. We want to make sure all of our customers are happy with both the products that we sell, as well as the installation. I think we are a lot more concerned about the installation process going well than most retailers. I want the installation to be as non invasive as possible. We under sell and over deliver.
We treat people the way we want to be treated, but the biggest reason people shop with us is our installers. I have customers all the time request installers that we've sent to their homes in the past. We have a huge referral business.
We are a premier dealer for Karastan carpet. We sell Shaw products including Caress Carpet, Anso, Tuftex, Stainmaster, ClearTouch, EverTouch, St. Jude Carpet Cushion, and R2X (Stain Remover).

Responsible Installation
Most stores around here try to separate themselves from the installation. They want the customer to pay the installer separately or emphasize that installers are subcontractors, so if there is a problem they can tell the customer to contact the installer. We don't do that. The customer pays us and if there is a problem in the future they call us. We treat our installation crews great so they do a great job. The crew that installed the first job I ever sold 16 years ago still works here. If a good crew ever starts working here, they stay working here. Please contact us for information.
We are very thorough with our customers about the installation process for whatever product they are buying. If the job requires tile removal we explain that it is very dusty and we will plastic off the areas we are not working in, but you will need to take down pictures ect. When we move furniture you need to move small items (lamps,candles ect) and we move all the large items. We check on the jobs during the install to make sure you are involved and understand the process.
