Our clients enjoy shopping with us because we are knowledgeable and hands-on. Not only do we know about all the products in the showroom, we also help setup installation and see the project through to the end, making the project that much easier on our clients. The design consultants take care of ordering materials and scheduling installation, unlike other stores that have separate departments that handle these tasks and can cause confusion between departments. We also have a beautiful showroom with plenty of samples to take home free of charge, so the client may see their product selection in the true light of their own home.
We stand out from our competition because the design consultants here are extensively knowledgeable in every area of the store, and do not just specialize in one product. We also have a warehouse full of hundreds of in-stock carpet rolls, as well as quantities of in stock wood, laminate, tile, and vinyl. We offer free on-site measures and estimates so that our clients can receive a quote based on the materials selected and know what the project will cost upfront. Most other stores charge for this service.
