J.R. and Pam Rhoton, owners of Rhoton Floor Covering, operate their business on Hillsboro Blvd. where they first started over 38 years ago.
J.R. and Pam were married in 1985 and have three children, Zack, Karen and Rocky, six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
We proudly offer carpet sales and installation to the residents and businesses of Manchester and Tullahoma, TN and surrounding areas. J.R. does all the measuring, pricing and supervises the crew, all of whom he has trained.
