Hooks Carpet Mart Inc. is a family owned business which was created by Johnnie Hooks Sr. back in 1987. As a longtime installer for over 48 years, Johnnie knew that a satisfied customer is a customer for life. By staying focused on that main goal, the company has grown enormously. We have added to the original building twice since the beginning of our business. Through expansion it has doubled the allowed stock capacity which has 200 remnants ready for installation. Along with the increase in size our showroom provides an additional location for carpet selection. Within the showroom reside over 2,500 new carpet sample selections to choose from with every color you can possibly imagine. As our focus on quality shows the selection provides the finest in carpet, wood floor, vinyl, and laminate flooring from top manufacturers. With many years of hard work and long hours spent with Hooks Carpet Mart Inc. a young man from Louisville, Mississippi with a dream of owning his own business has been fulfilled! So as the story progresses the opportunity to retire has arrived and there is no better time than now to get out and travel around the world. In part of that Johnnie has sold Hooks Carpet Mart Inc. to his son Johnnie Hooks Jr. who himself is a natural in the business with over 27 years of installing floor covering and working with his father all of his life. John Jr. knows what it takes to keep the store running smoothly. Keeping the customer satisfied with the same loyalty and dedication shown by his father is our # 1 goal. We are a Christian based business as well. Each service provided is backed by certified installers with a minimum of 21 years experience in each of the floor covering fields.
