	A 3-day class that helps salespeople understand the different types of wood and laminate. Everyone in the floorcovering business, rookie or pro, will benefit from this class. Attendees will learn product knowledge and how to develop confidence when selling wood and laminate floors; how to help customers make the right decisions to fit their needs; and how to care for wood and laminate floors while avoiding common problems. Visit the amazing manufacturing processes of making laminate and wood. With the growth of hard surface sales, the correct product knowledge can be a difference maker. Class Includes: Three nights' hotel stay, transportation to/from the Greensboro Airport and to/from class, lunch daily, and dinner for two nights.
