| JR became involved with the Maryland & Northern VA Floorcovering Association back in 1990 and right away made a difference. JR was president in 1996 and 1997 and was one of the people that helped bring members from Northern VA to get involved and become members, JR spent many days traveling, around the states, to raise interest in training for retailers and sales people. JR felt the need for even better training for the installation realms of the industry. Jr. help get the local chapter of CFI started and still serves on its board, He also serves on the WFCA board and is on the board for the Kiwanis. Any person that has associated with JR, will see the passion this man has for our industry and helping to improve our business. | |||
