| You are invited to attend the CFI course designed for those who represent installation, technical and claims departments of workrooms, carpet manufacturers, contractors, dealers and inspectors. The information is provided to strengthen communication with the installers in the field. The workshop will also assist in understanding of how to inspect and identify installation problems and provide solutions. A major emphasis is placed on patterned carpet installation; working with pattern tolerances, aligning patterns and rectifying and avoiding difficult situations. The Inspector Installation Workshop will focus on the most common complaints and procedures. Those who attend enhance their knowledge to address difficult situations before they occur and gain additional knowledge that will provide solutions to achieve customer satisfaction. | |||
