PCBC
is an annual tradeshow and conference serving residential
builders and their project teams. Held each summer in San
Francisco's Moscone Center, PCBC draws over 29,000
homebuilders, developers, architects, product manufacturers,
and consultants to the industry.

Originally named the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, PCBC
was launched in 1959 as a small educational conference at
the Sheraton Palace Hotel in San Francisco. Since then, the
show has grown in size and quality to become homebuilding's
premier event — a place where the industry's most
influential trendsetters gather to share ideas and
information.
PCBC features:
An extensive display of product innovations, with over 625 of the
industry's leading manufacturers and suppliers spanning over
200,000 square feet of exhibit space.
A four-day educational conference with 65+ content-rich
seminars and workshops led by the brightest minds in the
industry. Topics span the fields of business strategy, sales
and marketing, product design, construction and operations,
and land acquisition and development.
Thought-provoking keynote sessions featuring some of the
world's most renowned figures in business, media, sports,
literature and entertainment. Past speakers have included
Dave Barry, Mitch Albom, John Cleese, Francis Ford Coppola,
Bill O'Reilly, Magic Johnson, Jim Collins, Jack Kemp, Steve
Wynn and Tom Wolfe.
The prestigious Gold Nugget Awards ceremony, where the
hottest projects from throughout the Western United States
and countries of the Pacific Rim are honored for excellence
in architectural design and land planning.
