as Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration
Certification (IICRC) Floor Care Technicians. All other IICRC
Hard Surfaces courses build off of this course, which presents
all of the basic concepts and systems of cleaning. The material
is presented in a generic format with lecture, audio-visual,
hands-on, and case studies used to aid the learning process.
Includes a 200 page manual.
