Your allowed to use color touch up sticks on prefinished wether the consumer likes it or not.

Selva,

Was this a repair or inspection? If an inspection, would it be unethical (for someone qualified) to charge the customer to repair something like this on the spot?

I was thinking if the one inspecting was an installer in the past and knew how to fix it, why not...
