ATLANTA, GEORGIA, August 15, 2008—Actress Kelly Preston joined Karastan in celebrating its 80th anniversary and the opening of its Las Vegas Showroom at the World Market. Retailers attending the event enjoyed posing with Preston, who also autographed photos of herself from Karastan’s national print campaign.
Karastan features Preston in six “Make A Statement” ads for 2008—four for rugs and two for carpet—that are running in leading home shelter and lifestyle publications. Preston, along with her husband John Travolta, is one of Hollywood’s “A-list celebrities. She is also a supporter of Beyond Pesticides, a national research and advocacy group dedicated to eradicating the use of toxic pesticides, and Save Our Seas, a non-profit organization that aims to preserve, protect and restore the world’s oceans for future generations.
