From Parquet to Postmodern: Trend-Setting Tiles from Ceramics of Italy at ICFF
The Ceramics of Italy multi-brand pavilion in booths 2219 + 2319 is organized by Confindustria Ceramica (the Italian Association of Ceramics) and the Italian Trade Agency, which will also host an information point for those looking for more information on the Italian ceramics industry.
“Due to continued advancements in tile manufacturing technology, this year’s ceramic tile introductions are bolder and bigger than ever before,” states Vittorio Borelli, President of Confindustria Ceramica. “At ICFF, guests in the Ceramics of Italy booth will have the opportunity to see examples of prominent design trends from large format porcelains to three-dimensional ceramic wall coverings as well as a selection of new sanitaryware products.”
The pavilion will provide a diverse sampling of Italian ceramics newly available in the North American market. There will be products made in collaboration with well-known designers, architectural mosaics, tiles with naturalistic motifs such as wood and marble, and textile-inspired lines, to name a few, suitable for a variety of applications such as residential, commercial, indoor and outdoor. Participating companies include: Altaeco, Atlas Concorde, Cooperativa Ceramica d’Imola, Emilceramica, Fap, Fincibec, Florim, Gambini Group, Gruppo Beta, GS Luxury Group, Kale Italia, Marca Corona, Mirage, Mosaico+, Ornamenta, Refin, Settecento, Simas, and Vallelunga. Throughout the space, representatives from Ceramics of Italy and the exhibiting brands will be readily available to answer questions and comment on design trends, installation techniques, technological advancements, and sustainability.
Ceramics of Italy is the trademark for Italian manufacturers of ceramic tiles, sanitaryware and tableware, that are members of Confindustria Ceramica.
