Floor Covering Soft Introduces FloorLink.net - Manages Customers, Sales Team
“FloorLink.net CRM automatically tracks the marketing and sales process from attracting customers to after-sales support,” explained Steven Wang, the company’s president. Questions related to the number of leads generated by each marketing campaign, their conversion rate, sales amounts, sales lead assignments, individual sales reps conversion rates, expected sales revenue in the next 30, 60 or 90 days, and others may be accessed through the system.
A dozen mid-sized flooring retailers with multi-store operations have already deployed the system, noted Wang.
Right On The Money “FloorLink.net enables me to track every dynamic of my marketing and sales activity at any time,” said Simon Shih, president of Carpet King in Los Angeles. “It is like hiring both a sales management consultant and IT consultant 24/7, but for a fraction of the cost. It is right on the money.”
“It allows us to track sales conversions on a daily basis as we are pretty aggressive at running ads on local radio stations, in newspapers and on Google’s local search,” added Avo Barsoumian, president of Carpet Wagon, a company with 11 stores and one in-home service center in Los Angeles. “If an in-home field sales rep cannot close a sale on the spot, we forward that lead to a local store to follow up.”
“FloorLink.net is a valuable innovation because managing your sales force more effectively directly impacts your bottom line,” explained Wang.
Additional key benefits include: the ability to view and change bids; share price lists, catalogs and office documents among team members, and schedule appointments, installations and repair jobs. All tasks are done online. The program can also be integrated with Floor Estimator Pro 5, a flooring layout and estimating program offered by Floor Covering Soft. “Sales reps can manage their measurements, diagrams, estimates, proposals and schedules under the same online account and have access to them from their office, home, job site or their local Internet coffee shop,” concluded Wang.
