Faus Expands, Reorganizes Sales, Technical Teams
On the sales side, the new team of five regional managers will report to Katie McGrady-Allman, national sales director. They include, Richard Gibson, Northeast and Canada; Greg Landry, Southeast and national accounts; Levi McKinnis, South Central; Christ Gilbert, Western, and Marc Anzalone, Midwest.
“We are in the process of developing a strong network of regional sales managers across the U.S. to support the growth strategy associated with the North American launch of our Fausfloor laminate program,” said McGrady-Allman.
Gibson has 26 years of industry experience with Color Tile, LDBrinkman and, most recently, Edge Flooring, as Northeast regional manager.
Landry has more than 20 years experience in management. Prior to joining Faus, he was with Edge Flooring as the company’s Southern regional manager.
McKinnis has previously managed a variety of teams which have been responsible for executing retail merchandising and sales strategies and was most recently Faus’ regional technical manager.
Gilbert has more than 15 years in sales, including experience in new account development, pre-sales strategies, lead development and problem solving. Prior to joining Faus, he held sales management positions with Alloc, Armstrong and Pameco Corp.
Anzalone previously held account management positions with Milliken & Co. and Coca-Cola Enterprises where he implemented and developed distributor programs and provided marketing support to distributors and key retailers.
The Fausfloor regional technical managers, under the direction of Stan McMackins, national technical director, consists of: Dylan Bolt, East Coast; Chris Helmick, Central, and Rich Koenig, West Coast.
Prior to joining Faus, Koenig was with Armstrong Wood Products in account management and with The Home Depot, as a flooring department manager.
With more than six years on the management side of the flooring industry, Helmick was previously with Hoboken Floors and Armstrong Wood Products.
Bolt was most recently employed by Para-Chem Parabond Adhesive as its installation specialist, and has more than 10 years of flooring and installation experience, both commercial and residential.
