Beaulieu’s Elite dealers ‘Sail to Success’
Approximately 200 of Beaulieu of America’s best customers and their families joined company executives for a seven-day Dealer Elite Cruise to the Mediterranean.

Qualification for the trip was based on increase in sales of certain products, not total sales, so small and mid-size customers could earn enough to enjoy the cruise. “We didn’t want this to be just about our larger customers,” said Pete Ciganovich, Beaulieu’s executive vice president of sales.

Designed to be more than just a reward for loyal customers, Jeff Meadows, Beaulieu’s executive vice president, Retail Division, said the week-long cruise provided company executives and customers a chance to share ideas, goals, concerns and industry insights. “The cruise is more than just a thank you; it’s really about building relationships that help us learn what our customers want and need so that together we can all reach our business goals.”

With the theme “Sail to Success,” a key focus of the cruise was a business meeting titled, Beaulieu—Today and Tomorrow, where mill executives provided information regarding consumer trends and conducted a survey designed to formulate programs and future direction.

Lee Horwitz, president and owner of A&M Carpet in Fresno, Calif., said, “This was a great opportunity to interact with different departments, levels and people at Beaulieu. All the way around, it was really beneficial.”
