Armstrong Continuum expanded to contract
LANCASTER, PA.—Armstrong’s Continuum color system, first debuted on the Marmorette and Granette linoleum lines, (FCNews June 1/8), was recently expanded to the commercial division on the Stonetex VCT line and Medintone resilient sheet line.

Continuum is an organizational tool for end users that divvies colors by hue, value and chroma. Through tonal steps, users can add depth to an area without changing the selected color. It also provides quick and easy connections to other Armstrong surfaces, said Julia Pierce, senior manager, commercial product design.

“Continuum was developed much like the paint selection tools designers use,” she explained. “It also complements and connects within floor types and across key commercial interior finishes.”
