SALEM, N.J.—Russell Grizzle has joined Mannington Mills as COO, a position in which he will serve until the end of 2011, when he takes over for current president and CEO Tom Davis, who is retiring.
“In preparation for my retirement at the end of next year, Grizzle and I will work closely to assure continuity during that time,” Davis said. “We’re excited to have him join our already outstanding management team and appreciate the insight and enthusiasm he brings. He not only has broad and deep experience in the flooring industry, but also shares Mannington’s core values and passion for product innovation.”
Grizzle has more than 30 years of industry experience with Milliken & Co., including eight years as president of its Global Floor Covering Business.
