Mannington Mills Announces Price Increase on Resilient Flooring Products
SALEM, NJ – September 27, 2010 – Mannington Mills, Inc. has announced that it will implement a 5-percent price increase on all ‘Better’ and ‘Best’ collection residential resilient sheet products, effective with shipments on November 29, 2010.

“We continue to experience rising raw material costs, especially as they relate to plasticizers and resins. Due to reduced capacities, there has been a shortage of plasticizers, which has driven prices up dramatically. We are hopeful that these costs have peaked, but it will be some time before additional capacity comes on stream,” said Kim Holm, President, Residential Business, Mannington Mills.

The increase will affect products in both the U.S. and Canada.
