Shaw releases winter market dates
DALTON—Shaw Industries has released the locations and dates of the mill’s 2011 winter market events of which the theme will be, “Connection.”

According to Kathy Young, Shaw’s director of marketing, the events will introduce new soft and hard surface products to the market as well as displays and programs. The events will also provide a “positive relationship building and networking forum” for Shaw associates and retailers.

During Shaw’s winter market events, the company will unveil many new introductions within the mill’s Anso nylon, Evertouch and ClearTouch offerings. Also, introductions to the Epic hardwood collection will be unveiled as well as new visuals in other hard surfaces offerings in laminate, tile and stone.

The market’s Connection theme is based on the concept of a circle of support. “The market is challenging in most regions of the country,” Young said. “However, successful retailers are looking for a connection with a company that is still delivering the best products, best service and best tools available.”
