Bliss by Beaulieu Hosts Consumer Media Luncheon at Surfaces
LAS VEGAS NV, February 22, 2011 – Beaulieu of America, the largest exhibitor at the largest floor covering event in America, hosted a consumer press luncheon for Surfaces and the World Floor Covering Association at Mandalay Bay Resort Hotel in Las Vegas. On hand representing Beaulieu were several Beaulieu executives, including Ralph Boe, president and CEO and Carl Bouckaert, one of the founders and owners of this #3 floor covering maker.

“This is part of our ongoing push to create greater interest in the importance of floor covering in the home,” remarked Patricia Flavin, senior VP of marketing for Beaulieu. “We want to make sure our industry is well represented in the home décor magazines, blogs and websites our customers are using to get ideas.” The press was also introduced to new 2011 Bliss collections: Magic Fresh odor-reducing carpet and HealthyTouch carpet that is 20% softer than any comparable carpet, according to Beaulieu.
