DALTON GA, October 20, 2011 – Company officials at Beaulieu of America were pleased to announce today the securing of $230,000,000 in loan refinancing. Ralph Boe, president and CEO of Beaulieu of America, said in making the announcement “We are now poised for continued growth in the current marketplace. Led by Bank of America, N.A. and Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LLC and also including PNC Bank, N.A., the new loan refinances Beaulieu’s existing loan agreement and provides additional liquidity for continued expansion. “We appreciate the efforts of our lead banks for their continued financial support and partnership with our company,” said Mr. Boe.
