Mannington Receives Environmental Stewardship Award
SALEM, NJ – April 20, 2012 – Mannington Mills recently received the 2012 Business and Industry Award from the Water Resources Association of the Delaware River Basin, a non-profit advocacy organization that promotes sound water resource management in the region.

The award is in recognition for Mannington’s partnership with the New Jersey Audubon and the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary to implement progressive wildlife enhancements and ecological stewardship efforts that protect water quality at its Salem, NJ, site.

“Mannington proudly accepts this award, with the commitment to continue working with these, and other, organizations, to protect the environments in which we live and work,” said Dave Kitts, Vice President – Environment, at Mannington Mills. “It’s gratifying to know that our efforts have made a difference.”

The award was presented at the Water Resources Association recent 30th anniversary celebration.
