Armstrong Announces Price Increase on Laminate and Select IMA Products
Armstrong Flooring announced it will raise prices in the U.S. and Canada five percent on laminate products and six percent on select installation tools and materials, effective with shipments on July 23, 2012.

“Due to higher raw material, labor, energy and transportation costs we find it necessary to adjust our prices to ensure we can continue to deliver quality, innovation and service that drive growth for our customers,” said Kevin Biedermann, senior vice president, Residential Floor Products. “Our focus remains on reducing costs wherever possible through productivity and operational improvement projects without compromising our high quality products or service.”
