The Tile Shop Celebrates The Grand Opening of Their Scarsdale Store
SCARSDALE, N.Y., June 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Tile Shop (www.tileshop.com) opened the doors to its newest location on June 1, 2012 at 423 Central Park Avenue, Hartsdale, NY 10583. The Tile Shop is excited to introduce the Buffalo community to the finest tile found throughout the world.
The Scarsdale store will employ 8-12 seasoned tile sales consultants and will be managed by Michael Kubik, a Tile Shop employee of three years. "The Tile Shop's expansion in New York is very exciting. I believe we are filling an important gap in the retail market here. Although The Tile Shop works with tile professionals, contractors and designers, The Tile Shop was founded on the idea to provide do-it-yourselfers with the finest natural stones and ceramics. The Scarsdale store offers FREE do-it-yourself classes every Saturday starting at 9:30 a.m. Each class is open to the public and no registration is required. That means you can be a tiling pro by noon.
The Tile Shop's retail locations, including the new Scarsdale store, feature tiled vignettes. The small mock-ups of rooms spark inspiration in homeowners and provide their imagination a new avenue to become reality.
