Del Conca USA Appoints the Mosaic Tile Company as its New Mid-Atlantic Distributor
(Loudon, TN; July 1, 2014) Del Conca USA, the North American subsidiary of Del Conca, one of the main Italian groups in the ceramic tile manufacturing industry, has announced that The Mosaic Tile Company will now handle distribution of its world-class porcelain tile products.
Since 1972, The Mosaic Tile Company has been a major Mid-Atlantic regional tile distributor, with ten design centers located throughout Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina, displaying some of the most diverse tile products from around the world. Alison Geare, the firm's marketing director stated, "We started working with Del Conca five years ago, stocking tile lines they produced in Italy. We did well with these products. For example, their inkjet slate continues to have the best 'look' we've seen… and, it sells. During this time, we've developed a nice rapport with the Mularoni's, owners of Del Conca. The relationship has been wonderful. In particular, Enzo Mularoni, the president, has always been very open regarding getting feedback from us.
"So with Del Conca USA now producing in Tennessee, we see this as a perfect match," continued Geare. "The firm truly brings together Italian style and design with American customer service. And our DCUSA rep, Tad Proctor, is as professional as they come."
