TORONTO, March 16, 2015 – TORLYS today affirmed for all customers its environmental health practices related to TORLYS Smart Floors products and accessories. For over 25 years, TORLYS has worked closely with globally recognized authorities on environmental health and safety to officially certify its products and ensure every buyer of highest-level flooring performance - including safe and healthy indoor environments.

All TORLYS Smart Floors have been thoroughly tested and are California Air Resource Board (CARB) 93120 Phase 2 Compliant for Formaldehyde.

Proven Commitment to Laminate Floor Quality and Indoor Health
TORLYS is the only Canadian member of the North American Laminate Flooring Association (NALFA). NALFA-certified products must pass ten (10) rigorous tests conducted by a third-party laboratory, including meeting or exceeding CARB Phase 2 emission standards, to be approved to carry the NALFA Certification seal. This seal affirms compliance with applicable regulations pertaining to formaldehyde content.
All TORLYS Smart Floors and Quick-Step® Laminates are produced with CARB II compliant, HDF (High Density Fibreboard) core boards.
All TORLYS laminate floors are produced in the USA and Europe.
