Denise Turner Roth was recently and unanimously confirmed as the Administrator for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). As the 39th administrator of GSA, Roth leads a workforce of 11,500 full-time employees and oversees a $24 billion budget. In her position, she is working to build on GSA’s progress and continue the agency’s efforts to deliver the best value in real estate, acquisition, and technology services to the government and the American people. One of the major points Roth brought up during her confirmation hearing is her vision for the role of GSA as a strategic partner by focusing on three important items: economic catalyst, proactive federal partner, and operational excellence.
