Carlisle Wide Plank Floors Introduces the Manhattan Collection
Stoddard, N.H., January 14, 2016 – Today Carlisle Wide Plank Floors, the iconic wide plank floor company, has announced the launch of the Manhattan Collection, the brand’s first luxury wood flooring collection to offer a complimentary herringbone pattern. Inspired by the many sides of cosmopolitan style, the new collection is handcrafted from 6” wide Engineered Rift & Quartersawn White Oak and offers six prefinished hues ranging from cozy & classic - to cool & modern.
For clients looking to accent their homes with patterned floors, all six hues are offered in a complementary 4’’ wide plank herringbone pattern with lengths of 20’’. The Manhattan Collection is now available for purchase at Carlisle’s luxury showrooms across the U.S. as well as online at wideplankflooring.com. The plank collection retails for $14.99/SF, while the coordinating herringbone pattern retails for $19.99/SF. Trade pricing is also available.

The Manhattan Collection is crafted from 6’’ wide plank Rift & Quartersawn White Oak, a species known for its beautiful parallel grains and vibrant ray flecks that radiate across each board, and includes the following six products:
• Columbus Circle: To create a neutral backdrop, Columbus Circle offers a lighter look with subtle grey hues that highlight the beautiful oak grain.
• Gramercy Park: The rich, dark stain of Gramercy Park adds dramatic effect to the elegant oak grain to create striking look.
• Lenox Hill: The warm, natural hue of Lenox Hill highlights the beautiful ray flecks in the oak grain, complementing a wide range of décor options.
• Sutton Place: The mid-gray tones of Sutton Place accentuate the subtle variations in the oak grain, while bringing them together for a sophisticated harmony of style.
