TORLYS Inc. Signs CORETec Licensing Agreement with USFloors
TORONTO, January 15, 2016 – TORLYS Inc., a leading Canadian flooring company, is pleased to announced the recent signing of a nonexclusive license agreement with USFloors for a COREtec® license under US Patent # 9,156,233 for their EverWood & EverTile luxury vinyl flooring products.
USFloors was recently granted their official patents for the USA and Canada. TORLYS launched their EverWood & EverTile program in late 2013, and since the issuance of this patent, will become one of the first official licensees for composite plastic flooring products for USFloors.
The TORLYS brand has been built over the past three decades based on innovation, style, quality, dependability, and compliance. TORLYS ensures that ALL TORLYS floors comply with all government and industry standards and honor all IP rights like UNICLIC® and now COREtec®.
