For Nemo Tile, a 95-year-old surfacing distributor known for carrying classic, quintessential tile and stone lines, the newly released Chalk collection signifies a delightful new direction. Nemo’s latest porcelain series, released in March of this year, features Art deco prints in soft, muted colors that add playfulness and intrigue to spaces while maintaining the quality and value the company is known for.
Chalk closely resembles the popular encaustic tile but is much more durable, thus fitting for both floor and wall applications. The unique line includes bold patterns and solid-colored tiles that can be mixed and matched with ease, while the pastel palette creates a colorful yet neutral appeal, lending versatility to the series to take center stage or provide a soft accent to both interiors and exteriors. Sizes include 9x9” and 27.5x27.5” squares, 9x37” planks, 9x14” trapezoids and the popular 18x27.5” hexagon shape.
