Leading the improvements in operations will be Gregg Cote, who has joined the firm as Director of Operations.

Cote comes to Fishman Flooring Solutions from Kenseal Construction Products in Baltimore, Maryland, where he served as Director of Operations. Kenseal is a construction products distributor with 14 locations on the East Coast. Prior to that, Cote was Vice President of Operations at Commerce Corporation, a Baltimore-based distributor of lawn, garden and outdoor living products.

Cote is a 2002 graduate of Towson University, where he received a degree in business administration. He and his wife Amy reside in Baltimore, Maryland.
