I cannot say enough good things about The Carpet Store Guelph! I have visited their store on multiple occasions for my flooring needs and the service is always excellent! Every time we walk in, my husband and I are quickly taken care of by the friendly and attentive staff. Over the years they have helped us pick out gorgeous floors for our various renovation projects. We’ve used them for hardwood on our main floor, tile (kitchen backsplash, foyer and bathroom), area rugs, as well as, most recently, vinyl plank in our basement. The pricing is very competitive and the installation itself has always gone smoothly. The installers are always very professional and efficient! The finished product is stunning and the floors have held up great over the years (even with two large breed dogs). I highly recommend this local, family owned business for any of your flooring needs.

Don’t let the name fool you… so much more than carpet! Jerry and Miguel were amazing to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the whole experience. We were on a tight turn around but they showed us what was available and the price was great compared to what we were expecting based on others who had work done elsewhere. The Installation team was very good. They started right on time and it was a big job, so when it ran a little late, another team come over to help finish up. Great work everyone! I have no problems recommending The Carpet Store to anyone who wants a top quality job done!

Excellent service by Miguel, and work teams. George and Dave were fantastic installing vinyl plank upstairs a few months ago. Don and Grant meticulous on the main floor with hardwood this week. Attention to detail by the latest team and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Only positive experiences with this company. Miguel offered better pricing on the same products that could be found at multiple locations throughout Guelph.

I was so impressed when they installed the carpet at my old house that I didn’t even bother getting other quotes this time, I knew I wanted to use them again to replace my rec room carpet. Miguel is absolutely amazing to work with; he communicates well and is very patient and understanding, which I really appreciated. He provides top notch customer service and products and makes you feel like he genuinely appreciates your business. George and Dave did a fantastic job with the installation and were friendly, professional, and obviously very good at their job. The Carpet Store will always be my number one choice for flooring. It is easy to leave a high review of Miguel and his team for a second floor carpet install and stairwell. He came recommended to us, was very competitively priced with both other reputable stores up the road and very easy to work with. We needed to push the install a few times to get the space renovated, Miguel was very accommodating and when the install day came, the installers were very pleasant to deal with and did a great job. An easy 5 star review for a company that seems to appreciate the importance of customer service.

He offered the best quote from the start, coached us through all the decisions we had to make without us ever feeling any pressure, and his communication was always clear and quick.
