Picture it:  Kenner, 1978.  Gasoline was 70 cents a gallon, a stamp cost 15 cents, and a loaf of bread set you back only 42 cents.  The musical Grease and the comedy Animal House could be seen on movie screens for only $2.00 per ticket, and Taxi amused the television audience.  Meanwhile, Gary Canizaro established a small flooring business that would soon grow into a long lasting, well-respected local company.
