 Jose G. De Leon. An expert in the field for nearly 30 years, Jose learned the industry from his father-in-law, access flooring pioneer, James Irvine. From the start, the De Leon strategy has been simple… please the customer. De Leon gladly takes on projects regardless of difficulty or inconvenience. It is our goal to provide fellow flooring contractors, facility managers and general contractors with the best flooring experience possible.
